Neuvos Vector Monitoring is a prediction and alerting concept for information systems. It is based on Neuvos Vector Technology and Neuvos Monitoring Service which actively and continuously monitor specified components. Monitoring reports possible problem situations, for example with e-mail or SMS messages. Continuous monitoring around the clock is easy and automated.
Neuvos Vector can monitor, for example, hardware and services or the amount of available disk space. Automatic remote monitoring is an inexpensive solution which is fast to implement. For monitoring, no installed software or other systems are needed, so using Vector Monitor does not waste your system resources.
The monitoring package is tailored to your individual needs. Options for problem situations can be automatic notices for you or service level agreements with us, in which case we take care of correcting the situation within the agreed time.
